Postage Details

We post out our orders at least twice a week (usually much more regularly) using the services below.

Due to our beautiful location in the Outer Hebrides we use Royal Mail to send out our UK orders. Very occasionally we use our local courier company Woody's Express Parcels 

Due to the new Brexit changes, we have suspended all shipping to the EU until we can find the most efficient and cost effective way to post orders safely.

We can ship to other international locations, although this is not available as an automatic option. Please email us with details of what you would like to order and where you would like it shipped, and we can get you a shipping quote. Some international shipping locations are subject to customs fees and duties on arrival which are the full responsibillity of the receiver.

You can also choose to collect your item from the shop and workshop for free, usually available to collect the next day. 

The Shop at 20 South Beach, Stornoway HS1 2BJ is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am to 4pm.

The Workshop in Plasterfield HS1 2UR is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
