Top Treats for Your Dogs | Sandwick Bay Living
Sandwick Bay's Aimee tells us why dogs hold a special place in her heart and why we should treat our pooches with the very best treats from wonderful independent business.
“I have often found that when you are deeply troubled, there are things you get from the silent devoted companionship of a dog that you can get from no other source” – Doris Day.
Amongst other things we are passionate about premium home fragrance products and in our current range there are some 15 fragrances available. With a sense of smell that is 50 times more powerful than ours maybe this is why dogs absolutely love coming in to see us at Sandwick Bay Living and sniffing out the newest fragrances in the range.
However, it might be more to do with the ever-growing selection of dog treats that are on offer. Long term favourites Kelso and Titch have a very tasty range of dog sausages and biscuits which are handmade using all natural ingredients by Jill and her team in Alloa. Our stock of biscuits includes classic flavours – Crispy Bacon, Scottish Cheddar & Highland Haggis and we also have a vegetarian option of Peanut Butter. For those of our furry friends with a more sensitive tummy the dog sausages are grain, gluten, soya and dairy free, available in store in Roast Chicken and Delish Fish. You'd better be quick to grab the last packs!
A more recent addition to the doggy tuck shop is the brilliantly named W’Zis (get it?) whose plant-based treats come in colourful handy tins. No more jacket pockets full of dog treat crumbs! The tins are refillable in store which our customers will know is a massive bonus for us, sitting well alongside our own liquid product refill station.
The flavours are all dog approved too – Lamp Post & Chips, Slipper & Biscuit and Postman & Roast.
The range also includes large chews in Smoky and Nutty flavours to keep your pooch occupied for a while giving you time to do something for yourself (like going to the loo without being followed).
