We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 working days from receipt of payment. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.


Please choose your preferred postage at the checkout. Rates are calculated by weight.

We use Royal Mail for shipping. Their delivery aims are next day for first class and 2 to 3 days for second class, however these are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for delivery when you place your order. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched.

If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can contact Royal Mail. Please be aware however that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be missing until the 15th working day after posting.



Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven working days. A full refund minus any postage costs should they be incurred will be given as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days. If your order has already been despatched then please follow the procedure outlined below for returns.


If for any reason you are not happy with your goods you have the right to return them to us for a full refund minus postage costs within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept the return of any goods that have been used.  It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and we strongly advise you use a Royal Mail Track & Send service, we shall not take any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost or do not reach us. All refunds will be made via the same method used on the order and shall be given as soon as we receive the returned goods and in any event within 7 days from receipt.


In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, are faulty in some way or contain incorrect items. Please contact us as soon as possible, together with images of any damage or fault. We will offer a full refund including postage costs or replacement goods subject to availability.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure that our products are used safely and appropriately. Please read all instructions carefully before use and satisfy yourself fully as to the suitability of all products and their ingredients before purchase. Failure to complete a payment transaction within a reasonable time will result in your order being cancelled and this will be notified to you by email.

You are responsible for the correct functioning and validity of your PayPal account or debit/credit card. If you are unable to complete a purchase, please contact us immediately as we may be able to reserve the item(s) for you.

We accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card. Payment on this website is made via a secure third party gateway which is fully DSS PCI compliant.


From time to time we offer discounts and other promotions on the website which we promote through direct marketing (email) or through social media (facebook/twitter. All discounts and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions as laid out in the promotion. We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
