Macaroons - Kilted Fudge
Taking you all the way back to school, maybe further, our Scottish Macaroons have even been seen on TV. Channel 5's Secret Scotland sent Susan Calman to see us, and we managed to get her elbow deep in mashed tatties (potatoes) - yes, that's right, these super-popular sweet treats are actually made with potatoes!!
