Perfect for: Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation, Hot & Cold Therapy, Natural Pain Relief

Microwave: up to 1 min 600W – place a bowl of water near inner bag

Oven: 5-15 min 125 degrees C – lightly sprinkle with water & enclose in foil or heatproof container

Freezer: 30 mins or more – enclose in sealed container

Scent: a few drops of essential oil on inner bag

The cover is printed with azo-free dyes and is machine washable at 30 degrees.

DO NOT wash inner bag | Ensure grains stay dry | Remove cover when heating | Do not overheat
