COVID-19 INFORMATION

We are taking all precautionary measures to ensure that our business runs as efficiently and safely as possible during the current pandemic which means we have made a few necessary changes

  • within our workshop all surfaces are being thoroughly disinfected frequently
  • We ship with Royal Mail and at the moment they are experiencing high levels of employee absence across the board. Therefore please expect delays on receiving your order. The time it takes to arrive will vary on where you are and how badly affected the local postal service is.
  • Postal collections are now limited to once a week and will be dropped at the local post office using the click and drop service with our online business account. There is minimal contact with any other staff and all parcels are bagged up prior to delivery. We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all U.K orders (until this is all over) but please do expect delays on your orders.
  • local orders will be delivered and the order will be placed on the doorstep.

At present we are still accepting international orders and have been reassured by our postal service that this is still available and running. Just be prepared for a longer turnaround time than usual!
